hilo is a product of PRAGMA AI LTD, built and operated from the Costa del Sol, Spain. It is not a separate legal entity.
hilo.build is an information page for a product in private beta. The product is not publicly available and you cannot sign up for it here. The only things this site does are describe what hilo does, let you open two example documents, and let you ask to be put on the beta waitlist by leaving an email address or writing to us on WhatsApp.
The two example documents linked from this site (el control de obra and el pasaporte) are real renders produced by the product, made from an invented project. The company names, figures, invoices and photographs in them do not refer to a real building site, a real client or a real supplier.
You may read this site and open the example documents. You may not use the site to do anything unlawful, attempt to gain access to systems you are not authorised to use, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people.
Nothing on this page is professional, legal, technical or financial advice. hilo keeps a record; it does not sign, certify or rule on what is permitted on a building site. Those are decisions for the dirección facultativa and for you.
We describe a product under active development. Descriptions of what hilo does are honest at the date above, and features can change, arrive later or be dropped. If a description turns out to be wrong, tell us at %MAIL% and we will correct it.
The name hilo, the hilo.build wordmark, the text, the design and the software behind this site belong to PRAGMA AI LTD, unless something is marked otherwise. Presto, Arquímedes, Menfis, WhatsApp and any other product names used here belong to their respective owners and are named only to describe interoperability. Naming them does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement.
Where we link to somebody else’s site, we do not control it and are not responsible for what it says or does.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, this site is provided as it is, and we do not accept liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.

Los dos documentos de ejemplo enlazados desde este sitio (el control de obra y el pasaporte) son impresiones reales generadas por el producto a partir de una obra inventada. Los nombres de empresa, las cifras, las facturas y las fotografías que aparecen en ellos no corresponden a ninguna obra, cliente ni proveedor reales.
Puedes leer este sitio y abrir los documentos de ejemplo. No puedes usarlo para nada ilícito, ni intentar acceder a sistemas para los que no tengas autorización, ni extraer su contenido a un ritmo que lo degrade para los demás.
